Noma Projects

Noma Projects brings some of the ideas, techniques and ingredients developed around noma in Copenhagen into the home pantry. The collection grew from the restaurant's work in fermentation, preservation and its test kitchen, beginning in 2022 with Smoked Mushroom Garum.
