Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products initiated within 32 days of delivery. Refunds can be initiated by emailing us at: TheAmbrosianPantry@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase, cover the costs of the items only, and do not include shipping fees or return label generation. Refunds may take 2-3 days for us to process after we receive the returned items and another week to 10 days for charges to be properly reflected with your bank.

Damaged Items
We are happy to replace or issue credit card refunds for items that are damaged in transit.

Opened Items
We do not accept returns for opened items.

Delivery Responsibilities
We provide automatic order tracking with each of our shipped orders. Our carriers assume liability upon receiving packages from us. If you encounter issues with delivery, you should aim to reach out to the provided carrier first. Upon delivery, recipients assume liability for their orders. In order to ensure a safe and proper delivery, customers should plan to have items delivered to secure temperature controlled locations, monitor their tracking confirmations, and pick packages up promptly upon delivery,

Provided Carriers
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS ground services depending on a variety of conditions. We offer a standard ground shipping charge of $12 on orders up to $75, $15 ground shipping charge on orders from $75.01 to $175, and free ground shipping on orders above $175. Orders process for shipment within 1-2 days of receipt. Ground shipments can generally be expected to arrive within 5 days of the date of shipment. We currently only sell to customers located within the continental U.S.
