Noma Projects - Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce - 250 mL

A vibrant blend of roasted habanero, sweet corn, and yuzu, milled together into a bright and textured hot sauce. Dreamt up by the noma test kitchen to give everyday cooking a unique hit of heat. A staff favorite, which we use on everything from barbecued fish and vegetables to fried eggs and salads. Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce sits at 1230 Scoville Heat Units (SHU): the yellow habanero gives a mild and fruity kick. Exact spice levels may vary from batch to batch. Also available as extra spicy.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Sweet corn* 54%, blackcurrant wood oil (rapeseed oil*, blackcurrant wood), apple cider vinegar*, celery juice*, yuzu zest 4%, yeast reduction (split peas*, rice*, roasted yeast, gooseberries, salt), salt, yellow habanero* 1%. *Organic. 84% of the agricultural ingredients are organic. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months.
