Inspired by one of Singapore's most beloved festive snacks, this bar transforms the pineapple tart into chocolate form. Creamy caramelized blond chocolate (white chocolate slowly heated until it turns golden and develops biscuity, toffee-like flavors) is studded with pineapple chunks and buttery pastry crusts. The texture is biscuity and the flavor is addictive. Originally a collaboration with Food Folks, now back by popular demand.
