Biscuity Tanzanian cacao from the Kokoa Kamili fermentary is blended with German lavender flowers and citrusy bergamot-infused Earl Grey tea leaves to create a dark milk chocolate that is equal parts comforting and elegant. The lavender and bergamot emerge gradually as you taste, layering floral and citrus notes over the creamy chocolate base.
