The base is a 52% dark milk chocolate made with Ugandan cacao from Semuliki Forest, prepared with caramelized milk and fruity Ethiopian coffee. Fully ripened freeze-dried banana and house-made buttery pie crumble are folded in to complete this "dish in a bar." The result tastes genuinely like banoffee pie: banana sweetness, toffee richness, coffee depth, and a buttery pastry crunch.
