Fossa - Drifting Snowflake Jasmine Green Tea Chocolate

Bi Tan Piao Xue ("Drifting Snowflakes") is a traditional tea from Emei Mountain in Sichuan Province, made using top-grade green tea harvested in spring, layered with the finest jasmine flowers that bloom in summer. Fossa blends this tea with floral, malty Hacienda Limon cacao from Ecuador to create a 51% milk chocolate with remarkable depth. The jasmine fragrance lingers long after each bite, and the umami character of the tea adds a savory dimension that makes this bar unexpectedly complex.

A collaboration with rare tea curator Pekoe & Imp, this bar earned a Silver Award at the International Chocolate Awards. It is one of Fossa's most celebrated creations. Made bean-to-bar in Singapore. Fossa is one of the makers we're proudest to carry.
