XILLI - Chipotles Adobados

Sweet & tart braised chipotles. In Nahuatl, chilpocli or xillpocli means chili (xilli), smoked (pocli), while adobados can be translated as in marinade. These come braised until almost "spreadable." slightly tart and sweet, super smoky and supremely spicy.
