Mediterranean green gold meets white chocolate. Refined pistachio paste is combined with lightly salted whole pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts, all set in a white chocolate shell. Venchi calls it an ingot for good reason: it has the heft and preciousness of a gold bar, and the flavor is just as rich.
