Venchi - Pistachio Chocolate Cigar

Pistachio paste and grains coated with a double layer of 60% dark chocolate, cold-drawn to preserve the flavor. Venchi's chocolate cigars have been a signature product since the 1960s, when company owner Pietro Cussino was inspired by a trip to the Caribbean. The cigar format is as much about presentation as flavor: each one looks remarkably like a fine cigar, wrapped in foil, and can be sliced into pieces or enjoyed whole.

The cold-drawing technique preserves the delicate pistachio flavor that heat would destroy, and the double layer of dark chocolate provides a firm snap and rich cocoa flavor.
