Each Chocoviar features an extra dark chocolate cream filling enriched with extra virgin olive oil, encased in a 75% Cuor di Cacao shell and covered with 75% dark chocolate micro pearls. The texture is unlike anything else: the tiny pearls create a delicate crunch that gives way to a velvety, intense center.
