Named after the Italian expression Paccaria , which means “slaps,” paccheri is a large tube that is a huge favorite throughout Italy
Since 1924, Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been making pasta the way it was meant to be made: with top-quality semolina, mountain spring water, bronze dies, and patience. Their slow-drying process (up to 56 hours at low temperatures) preserves the wheat's flavor and creates a texture that supermarket pasta cannot match. Now in their fourth generation, the Peduzzi family continues to honor the traditions of their grandfather Gaetano Sergiacomo.
