Traditional Danish sour cherries ("Stevnsbaer") in Frederiksdal cherry brandy creme, enrobed in Nicaraguan single-variety heirloom chocolate. Eight pieces per box. These are luxurious, boozy, and deeply Danish: the Frederiksdal cherry wine estate produces some of Denmark's most celebrated fruit wines, and Friis-Holm uses their cherry brandy to create a creme filling that is tart, sweet, and warmly alcoholic.

This is a collaboration between two Danish artisan producers, each at the top of their craft. The heirloom Nicaraguan chocolate provides a complex, fruity base for the cherry brandy creme. 75g box of 8 pieces.
