Francois Doucet - Lavender Honey Pearls - 200 g

François Doucet makes these honey pearls in Oraison, in Provence, as soft, melt-in-the-mouth bites of about 10 g each. They are made with 30% Provence lavender honey from a local beekeeper less than 10 km from the Doucet workshops, and are flavored with Bourbon vanilla.

How to use it

Serve them after dinner with coffee or tea, or set a few out on a cheese board.
