To make this luscious liquid, pomegranate seeds are pressed and their juice is gradually concentrated in a low-temperature vacuum. This prevents natural fruit sugars from caramelizing, a slow and steady process that preserves the vibrantly fresh fruit flavors and optimizes nutritional value.
