Giuseppe Giusti is the world's oldest balsamic vinegar producer, established in 1605 in Modena, Italy. For over 400 years, the Giusti family has been crafting traditional balsamic vinegar using the ancient solera method, where vinegar is aged in a succession of barrels made from different woods (oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper, and mulberry). Each wood imparts its own character to the vinegar.

Their products range from everyday cooking balsamic to ultra-premium aged vinegars that rival fine wines in complexity. Giusti's medal system (1 medal to 5 medals) indicates aging and quality, with their top expressions aged for decades. When you use Giusti balsamic, you are using a product from the oldest continuously operating balsamic house in the world, made in the same city where balsamic vinegar was invented.
