Burlap & Barrel was fortunate to work with Connie and Lisa at Occo on their spice passports. Occo seals pre-measured spices in airtight, easily recyclable aluminum pods, using a modified atmosphere packing technique that keeps the spices from oxidizing over time. Their goals include helping to reduce food waste and making spices easier to experiment with.
