WHY IS PRICING DIFFERENT ONLINE AND IN-STORE?
We run both a local retail shop and a national online store. Our online pricing is designed to compete broadly with large scale warehouses located in cheap real estate markets, while our in-store pricing reflects the experience of shopping in person and the costs of operating a physical space in a high-rent retail corridor. Serving both markets efficiently while respecting the real underlying cost components of each is how we’re able to bring a wide range of products together under one roof. Unfortunately, honoring this reality means we are not able to price match our online sale prices in-store. If our in-store pricing reflected our online pricing, we would go out of business due to rent premiums, and if our online pricing reflected our in-store pricing, we would be uncompetitive with large-scale online retailers based out of low-cost real estate markets. We believe it is a worthwhile endeavor to strive to maintain physical local businesses in the communities we live in; we hope you agree.
WHERE DO YOU SELL TO?
We currently only sell within the continental U.S.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only offer ground shipping, with a flat $12 charge on orders up to $75, $15 charge on orders from $75.01 to $175, and free shipping on orders above $175.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 263 Josephine St. in Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood, across the street (to the west) from Barry's and south of Little Ollie's & Hillstone.
WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?
We are open 7 days a week from 10AM to 6PM. (You might get lucky if we happen to be around after 6PM, but you can make plans around the store being open from 10AM to 6PM.)
