They harvest salt from the cold, clean waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon coast using a process that captures the unique mineral character of Pacific Northwest seawater. What started as a single flake salt has grown into one of America's most celebrated salt companies.

Jacobsen's delicate flake salt has become a standard in professional kitchens across America.
